I am excited to bring back this class which allows you to linger in Gentle Postures, focus on Breathe allowing yourself to shed what feels heavy in your body & mind. Space is created for letting go using the healing vibrational sound of Crystal Singing Bowls to help lower cortisol levels, ease anxiety & stress. Unfold gently, with care into Self Awareness and Self Love. Connect with what feels true Within. Clear your mind and get grounded.

Join me on the Mat. Dress comfy and warm. No standing Postures. All seated or lying down.

   Paddle to a Tranquil Bay, 35-40 min of a low to the
   board Hatha flow class, end with a 10 min well
   deserved, deeply relaxing,floating Sivasana
   Paddle back.
Must have a confident SUP ability. Some techniques shown for more ease on your board.

​I no longer can take extended benefits. However, I am still practising what I must now call "massage" and finally am able to take on a few new clients. I am insured and still give receipts.
