I am excited to bring back this class which allows you to linger in Gentle Postures, focus on Breathe allowing yourself to shed what feels heavy in your body & mind. Space is created for letting go using therapeutic music to carry you into the present moment, creating space to heal and feel refreshed. Unfold gently, with care into Self Awareness and Self Love. Connect with what feels true Within.

Join me on the Mat. Dress comfy and warm. No standing Postures. All seated or lying down.

Brigit has become unlicensed after 35 years of being a practising RMT.
​I no longer can take extended benefits. However I am still practising what I must now call 'massage" and finally am able to take on a few new clients. I am insured and still give receipts.
