Due to covid 19 we are using the hall for the ample space. Mats will be kept 2 M or more apart, weather permitting door will be open for air flow. Please bring all own props. Mats, 2 blocks and blanket. Text me to rent for 10.00 per session if you don't own any. 604-741-1202
Below is a selection of classes we may offer.
HATHA FLOW YOGA: A Hatha Flow Style (sequencing of poses) and some Pranayama (breath work). Helps to relieve tension, build strength, flexibility and balance, calms body and mind. Ends with Deep Relaxation – Savasana.
CORE/HATHA FLOW: Strengthen back and pelvic core stabilizers with standard pilates Exercises infused with Hatha Flow Postures to create flexible, strong, elongated muscles. Use breath control (pranayama) to connect to your deep awareness, let go of stress & tension in the body and mind. Results in feeling Relaxed, Grounded and Calm.
HATHA YOGA: This is a gentle class that will benefit all students as it is designed for all levels. Focus is on the breath, Hatha postures, balances and relaxation. This practice will bring an overall ease and comfort to your body and mind.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Gentle supportive poses with use of props, breath and visualization to deeply relax and open the body. This form of Yoga enhances respiration, quietens the mind from the business of our lives thereby relieving symptoms of stress and creating inner balance, relaxation and restoration. Everybody is welcome. Suitable for ages 19-90.
STRETCH AND BALANCE: This class will guide you through a variety of Hatha Yoga postures as a way to stretch and relax tight muscles. The class will also focus on balance as you transition from posture to posture by strengthening your core and improving your concentration. This is a great class for beginners but can also be challenging for the experienced yogi.
CHAIR YOGA: In this gentle class, yoga is done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Modified variations of classical yoga poses are practiced along with pranayama.
STAND-UP PADDLEBOARD (SUP) YOGA: Surrounded by the magic of nature, an all levels class in the beautiful bays of Ruby Lake after some quick SUP technique. No experience necessary. Private Bookings Only. RSVP

Brand new to yoga? Try a beginner class, restorative yoga, or the simply stretch class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and bend. We’ve got mats and everything else, so just bring yourself!
If you have injuries or movement issues, yoga is a great complement to your recovery. Be sure to alert the instructor of your challenges before class so we can offer adjustment suggestions and props to accommodate your needs.

Please park diagonally in the pull-out area on the lake side of the highway (just past the restaurant) so we can fit as many cars as possible. Look for the In Touch Yoga sign to find the path to the yoga platform by the lake.
