Below is a selection of classes we offer.
HATHA FLOW YOGA: A Hatha Flow Style (sequencing of poses) and some Pranayama (breath work). Helps to relieve tension, build strength, flexibility and balance, calms body and mind. Ends with Deep Relaxation – Savasana.
Pilates/Core Yoga: Strengthen back and pelvic core stabilizers with standard pilates exercises infused with Hatha Flow Postures to create flexible, strong, elongated muscles. Use conscious breath & Poses to let go of stress & tension in the body and mind.
Hot Flow: This practise is normally taught inside at 40 degree temp. However outdoors we use the suns heats and our own internal fire to warm the body. Flowing with conscious breath and a balance variety of asanas using the core, this practise is a nice alternative for strengthening without weight bearing on hands. (no planks)
SLOW STRETCH HATHA: This is a slower yoga class that will benefit all students as it is designed for all levels. Focus is on the breath, slower, longer held Hatha postures allows one to find deep relaxation in the stretch. This practice will bring an overall ease and comfort to your body and mind as you release tight & tense muscles.
Brand new to yoga? Try a beginner class, restorative yoga, or the simply stretch class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and bend. !
If you have injuries or movement issues, yoga is a great complement to your recovery. Be sure to alert the instructor of your challenges before class so we can offer adjustment suggestions and props to accommodate your needs.

Please park diagonally in the pull-out area on the lake side of the highway (just past the restaurant) so we can fit as many cars as possible. Look for the In Touch Yoga sign to find the path to the yoga platform by the lake.
